Indigo Bath & Body – TWO GIRLS, ONE FARM
Local Ingredients – Farm to Body Skincare
Indigo Bath & Body began years ago in the lush farmland of Northwestern Pennsylvania, with a little girl eagerly following her grandmother through the herb gardens. With the lore and start from her Grandmother, Jennifer took that fascination into her chemistry classes to learn just why this molecule did this, and that one did that. Indigo officially launched in farmer’s markets of the Metro Atlanta area and has grown beyond that little workshop in Woodstock, Georgia. Now, paired up with the farm lass and long lost sister (we can’t tell you how many people think we are!), Melissa (of Blossom Hill Farm), Our new farm in Marietta, Ga houses not only the farm, but our warehouse and workshop as well. You can’t get any fresher than that! Indigo has grown into a lush little business that focuses on not just good for you, but good for the world around you.
With soaps imbued with farm fresh ingredients from our farm and local farmers (from our farmer’s markets) that you know and love, to the honey and beeswax raised in local apiaries, you’ll find local ingredients in over 95% of our products.
We love our farmers! Because Indigo works so closely with our farmer friends for a lot of the wonderful ingredients in our soaps, we love our farmer’s markets! We believe that knowing who grows your food is just as important as who makes the products that feed your skin (that’s us). Don’t forget to pick up your favorite seasonal goodies while they’re in season!
Indigo Bath & Body never tests our products on animals. We only use the highest quality vegetable oils and butters in our products. We never use animal fats in any of our products. Occasionally we do use Goat’s Milk, Powdered Milk, and Honey in some our our products, however these will be noted.
