BALANS IS A MOVEMENT BASED EXERCISE DEVELOPED BY ALEKSANDRA NIKOLAJEV JONES CLASSICAL BALLET TRAINED, CHOREOGRAPHER AND PRODUCER.

Every person has their own movement/authentic colour of movement, time, rhythm, dynamic, movements in relation with ourselves, the others, our future and our past. How to awake your own movements?

When we were small, we believed that if we want something hard enough – it will come true. We believe even today that miracles are possible. When we close our eyes another world is created with our thoughts. It should be kept, nurtured and passed on to new generations. Because We Are all the things that we focus on.

You can join once or twice a week exercise program.

Classes are held in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.

You can practice with us Live & Online once or twice a week. Suitable for all levels.

You need a ZOOM Application and comfortable clothes.
